What is the Visionaires Members Club and how does it work?
The Visionaires Members Club is a points-based loyalty program through which members earn points on Visionlinens.com. It rewards members for every interaction they have with us online. The more they spend and the more they share online, the more points we’ll send their way to redeem against our products. Who is eligible to join?
The Visionaires Members Club is available to individuals, no matter if it is a personal or business account, who are at least 16 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. Employees of Vision are eligible to participate in the program.
Can the program be terminated?
Yes. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of the Visionaires Members Club at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points.
What happens to any reward points I have earned if my membership in the program is terminated or expires?
If your membership is terminated or expires, the reward points in your account will automatically terminate.
What happens to any reward points I have earned if the program is terminated?
If the program is terminated, your reward points will automatically terminate. We will advise members of the effective date of termination of the program and its reward points.

Membership
How do I join? Does it cost anything to join?
There is no cost to join the Visionaires Members Club. Simply visit our Visionaires Members Club account registration page and fill in a few personal details to create your account:
What am I agreeing to by joining?
By becoming a Visionaires Members Club member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the program Terms & Conditions and by the terms of our Privacy Policy, our website Terms & Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make.
Can my membership in the program be terminated?
Vision Linens Limited in its sole discretion can terminate any member for any reason, including but not limited to any failure to comply with the program Terms & Conditions and/or website Terms & Conditions.
How do I terminate my membership?
If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the program, you can opt-out by visiting and logging-in to your Visionaires Members Club account.
Do my rewards points have any cash value?
Reward points earned through the Visionaires Members Club have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no property rights in any reward points.
I was a member of the Vision Members Club, what has happened to my old membership?
You will have received emails updating you on the Vision Members Club coming to an end and that this is now replaced with the Visionaires Members Club. Your membership has automatically been transferred over to the new club and to welcome you over to the new scheme, there should have been £10 worth of points waiting for you in your reward points.
Can I still get 10% discount on everything?
No. This was part of the old members club. This has now switched over to the Visionaires Members Club, a points based loyalty scheme.
Am I eligible for free delivery on my orders?
Yes. As a member of the Visionaires Members Club, you are eligible for free delivery when you spend a minimum of £50 for UK mainland orders (ex. VAT). Non-members need to spend a minimum of £100 to qualify for free delivery.

How do I update my information?
You can update your information by logging into your Visionaires Members Club account.
How do I check my account status?
Your current reward points status is accessible in the My Reward Points section on your Visionaires Members Club account.
May I share my account or reward points with a friend?
Accounts and reward points cannot be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products and engaging with the brand may accumulate reward points.
How do I reset my password?
Your Visionaires Members Club password can be reset by selecting “Forgot Password” at the Vision Linens log-in page.
Reward Points
How do I earn points?
When shopping online at Visionlinens.com, members must be logged-in to their account at the time of purchase to receive points.
Members can earn reward points through a number of ways:
- For every £10 you spend, you’ll earn 1 Reward Point
- Earn an instant 5 Reward Points for registering an account
- For every product or service review you post, we’ll reward you with 3 Reward Points
- Refer a friend and receive 5 Reward Points when they place their first order
- Earn 3 Reward Points for social interactions including Facebook likes & shares, tweets and Pinterest Pins

How many reward points do I need before I am eligible for product rewards?
Members can start redeeming reward points against products once they have reward points available to spend. There is no minimum level set.
How many reward points can I redeem against products in one transaction?
Members can redeem as many reward points as they have available against products. There is no maximum level set.
How do I redeem my reward points against products?
To redeem on Visionlinens.com, log-in to your account. Add your desired products to your basket and at checkout, you can choose how many reward points you want to redeem against your purchase. You can redeem as many rewards as you have points available, and redeem against multiple different products at one time. If you do not have enough reward points for the full value of the purchase, you can simply pay for the difference.
Can I exchange or return a product purchased using my reward points?
Yes. If a product you buy with Visionaires Members Club points is not suitable or is faulty, please follow our returns policy: Visionlinens.com/delivery. If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. In this case, the replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, we will credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
Can my points expire?
Yes. Your accumulated points are valid in your Program account for 364 days from the date you accumulated them on.
Are there limitations on the number of purchases or activities eligible for points?
We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for Visionaires Members Club reward in any given time period or for the duration of the program, and/or any combination thereof.
When I earn points, can I redeem them immediately? How long does it take for my purchases to accrue points to my account?
After shopping online on Visionlinens.com, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your Visionaires Members Club account.
How do I know how many points I have?
Your points are displayed in the My Reward Points section of Visionlinens.com. You must login to your account to view your points.
What do I do if I believe points were not properly credited to my account?
